Position Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will oversee the daily functions of laboratory equipment and procedures, ensuring efficient management of supplies, quality assurance, calibration, and preparation of reagents.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute intricate clinical laboratory analyses in accordance with established protocols.
- Relay critical data and relevant technical insights to the appropriate departments and healthcare professionals promptly.
- Offer guidance on proper specimen collection techniques, handling procedures, and storage recommendations for various biological samples.

Qualifications

- An Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
- A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience or training is preferred.

Certifications

- Must obtain certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician from a recognized body within the first year of employment.
