Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient-focused customer service and support our teams.
- Ensure accurate patient registration and optimal scheduling.
- Handle general inquiries and manage appointment bookings.
- Conduct patient check-in/out procedures and maintain patient chart management.
- Verify insurance and manage referrals as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Assist with additional office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
