Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient-focused customer service and support our teams.
  • Ensure accurate patient registration and optimal scheduling.
  • Handle general inquiries and manage appointment bookings.
  • Conduct patient check-in/out procedures and maintain patient chart management.
  • Verify insurance and manage referrals as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Assist with additional office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Experience with electronic health records is advantageous.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.

Physical and Environmental Demands:
