Job Overview

We are in search of an Overnight Stock Operations Supervisor at our esteemed grocery chain. The ideal candidate will oversee a dedicated team of overnight stockers, embodying a collaborative spirit and a strong drive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work during the overnight and early morning hours, primarily while the store is not open to the public, to unload, stock, and organize products in preparation for the next day’s operations.
  • Lead and manage an overnight team to ensure optimal stock levels and maintain store conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Adhere to directives from store management, as well as company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.

Core Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations during overnight hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
  • Unloading, transporting, and preparing merchandise for display.
  • Ensure proper placement of products on shelves and perform cleaning duties as necessary.
  • Engage in prolonged periods of heavy lifting, bending, and standing, while also handling cashiering, customer service, and security responsibilities.
  • Possess a solid understanding of store operations and be at least 21 years of age.
