Job Description:A CNA provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and Plan of Care. Primary responsibilities include reviewing care plans, identifying and honoring resident choices, and communicating with care staff.
- Review care plans and provide care accordingly
- Identify and honor resident choices in activities of daily living, while maintaining resident safety
- Communicate with care staff at all levels to meet residents' needs
To be successful in this role, you must be active and in good standing on the Maine CNA registry, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
