We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg FT Nights team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Administer medications, provide ordered treatments, and educate patients and families on health management.
- Document patient care in the healthcare record, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
