Job Title: RN Stepdown FT Nights

Carondelet St. Marys Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Stepdown Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time RN position working nights on our Stepdown Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Assess and coordinate patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication with the healthcare team
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification
  • Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
