Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions utilizing the dealership's software system
  • Receive payments via cash, checks, and credit cards, accurately documenting transactions
  • Provide change and issue receipts to customers
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Address customer concerns with diplomacy and refer issues to the correct personnel for resolution
  • Maintain organized filing systems for Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, and related documents
Qualifications:
