Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other area supervisors to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider.
  • Implement a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital-wide Performance Improvement Plan.
  • Ensure quality services by training staff in the services to be provided.
  • Address and resolve unit issues, including customer complaints and concerns.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of management experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility.
  • Current California RN License required.
  • CPR certification and BLS.

Please note that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
