Our Team

Marian Regional Medical Center is a part of Dignity Health's Southwest Division and is a member of CommonSpirit Health, the largest not-for-profit health care system in the nation.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with other area supervisors to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider.
  2. Assist in implementing a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital-wide Performance Improvement Plan.
  3. Operate the units within the financial and productivity guidelines, setting goals and developing policies that support this objective.
  4. Provide quality services by ensuring that the staff are well-trained in the services to be provided.
  5. Address, escalate, or resolve unit issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of management experience (within the last 5 years) in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility; sufficient background knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making for the patient population assigned.

Licensure:

Registered Nursing License (RN) license in the state of practice is required.

Pay Range:

$70.78/hour
