Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial information and perform reconciliations.
  • Analyze legal documentation and information for cases.
  • Research matters and communicate effectively to resolution.
  • Manage financial transactions, including downloading, posting, and ACH files.
  • Post regular and ACH receipts and manual check entry.
  • Research stale dated and returned checks.
  • Post adjustments.
  • Conduct financial audits of cases.
  • Interact with teammates and assist at court hearings.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail and procedure oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with the public and outside vendors.
  • Duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma with minimum of 2 years of financial or customer service experience OR bachelor's degree.
  • Pass required background check.
