Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial information and perform reconciliations.
- Analyze legal documentation and information for cases.
- Research matters and communicate effectively to resolution.
- Manage financial transactions, including downloading, posting, and ACH files.
- Post regular and ACH receipts and manual check entry.
- Research stale dated and returned checks.
- Post adjustments.
- Conduct financial audits of cases.
- Interact with teammates and assist at court hearings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail and procedure oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with the public and outside vendors.
- Duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma with minimum of 2 years of financial or customer service experience OR bachelor's degree.
- Pass required background check.
