As a key member of the University Health Foundation team, the Foundation Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Foundation President and Operations team in coordinating special projects. This includes assisting with financial processing, data entry, data segmentation, and reporting. The successful candidate will also manage scholarship programs and other complex fund disbursement processes. Additionally, they will provide support for projects within the Foundation Operations and Prospect Management teams as needed.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and 2 years of non-profit experience is also preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with internal and external customers. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle multiple projects, and effectively manage and set priorities is also required. Strong analytical and planning skills, as well as proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite or similar products, are necessary for success in this role. Experience in Raiser's Edge NXT is a plus.
