Key Responsibilities- Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to members.
- Collaborate with other associates to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales trends to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00.
