We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Coordinator RN to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a Quality Coordinator RN, you will play a critical role in maintaining and coordinating timely policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and coordinate timely policies and procedures maintenance, review/revision, posting and distribution.
  • Organize and maintain systematic data collection and flow of information between departments and into applicable committees.
  • Track renewal dates of policies and procedures to ensure timely notification of owners for review.
  • Ensure receipt of reviewed policies and procedures for timely posting.
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain Medical Necessity Review Calendar.
  • Establish good working relationships with Medical Staff and Facility Staff.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement as required.
Requirements
  • RN with current Tennessee licensure; BS preferred.
  • Clinical background – 4 years experience.
  • Minimum 2 years QA/PI experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical skills: computer, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed.
