Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be instrumental in supporting the technology needs for our Customer Experience Management (CXM) application. You will collaborate with a team focused on implementing in-house sampling and working on the Quantum Metric platform to customize events/errors and validate Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user stories and requirements for event/error customization and PII validation.
  • Engage with product teams and business lines to gather high-level requirements.
  • Contribute to proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot projects, implementing new analytics features.
  • Design and develop web applications to enhance user experience.
  • Utilize strong development skills in Java and the Spring Boot framework, along with REST API integration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS.
  • Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration is preferred.
  • Maintain and develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Deliver software solutions following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Employ system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks effectively.
  • Integrate with third-party applications and collaborate with internal teams, users, and vendors on various work-related issues.
  • Possess a solid understanding of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics or Quantum Metric is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Machine Learning or AI is a plus.
