Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and needs
  • Design and implement cost-effective treatment plans to improve mobility and motion
  • Provide alternative solutions to surgery and reduce medication reliance
  • Develop and implement fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to individual needs
  • Motivate patients during treatment to optimize their functioning
  • Promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Evaluate treatment effects and communicate progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Active license in the state of Texas required
  • PT Liability insurance in the state of Texas required
  • Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
  • Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
Compensation and Benefits
