Job Title: Automotive Mechanic - Vehicle Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills">
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across various vehicle makes and models">
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate estimates">
• Work collaboratively with the service team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently">
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace">
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service">
• Solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results as part of a team">

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a strong desire to serve guests">
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic">
• ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve them">
• Able to diagnose and repair all types of vehicles">
• Meet or exceed hourly goals and productivity targets">
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes">
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills">
• A desire for long-term career development">
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in tight spaces">
• Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently">
• Able to walk/stand for most of the workday">

Compensation: Estimated annual salary $50,000 - $70,000 based on location and experience
