We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced growth engineer to play a key role in driving the expansion and optimization of our product. As a staff software engineer, you will lead growth engineering efforts by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing technology solutions aimed at accelerating the growth of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that contribute to the overall growth strategy.
  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation of performant backend to testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.

You will collaborate closely with our global team, leveraging your expertise in full-stack development, data-driven optimization, and experiment design to drive growth for our product. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand our reach.

Compensation: We offer a competitive cash compensation package, targeted at $255,000 - $300,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area.
