Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Compliance Reviews: Perform regular compliance reviews to identify and mitigate EH&S risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of our facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EH&S regulations.
  • Hazardous Waste Management: Oversee the storage, labeling, and disposal of hazardous waste, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of EH&S activities, including compliance reports and incident investigations.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver EH&S training programs to ensure employees are aware of and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Incident Investigations: Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify and mitigate EH&S risks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an EH&S position, with a strong background in hazardous waste management and compliance.
  • Certifications: 24 or 40 HAZWOPER certification required.
