**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Condition Report Writer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive condition reports for incoming vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Verify vehicle identification and update relevant information, including Year, Make, Model, and Trim Lines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle equipment, options, interior, tires, and mechanical components.
  • Perform test-drives on vehicles and document any mechanical issues.
  • Document and estimate vehicle damages, including mechanical and cosmetic repairs.
  • Review and document odometer information.
  • Assess frame condition and document damages to unibody and/or frame.
  • Assess the mechanical condition of the vehicle, documenting issues found during the condition report process.

**Requirements**

  • Computer skills and ability to write reports in a professional manner.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and ability to utilize standardized lists to assign costs for damage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
