Key Responsibilities:
1. Program/Project Team Facilitation:
Effectively facilitate leadership team discussions across organizational levels, leveraging management and administrative skills to guide the team through strategic discussions.
2. Quality/Compliance Expertise:
Utilize knowledge of audit programs and digital tools to execute programs, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
3. Communication and Meeting Management:
Establish communication channels and provide structured meeting frameworks, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making.
4. Project Management:
Facilitate project initiation through completion, managing timelines and deliverables, and identifying and tracking interdependencies between programs/projects/deliverables.
5. Technical Skills:
Possess working experience with MS Teams Sites and tools, and excellent communication skills to effectively work with senior leadership.
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant work experience in program/project management, with proven experience in facilitating programs and managing project deliverables. A University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is required.
