Role Overview:

The Senior Package Operations Leader is instrumental in managing the unloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution within our facility. This role requires collaboration with Sort and Operations Managers to mentor new team members, support operational goals, and uphold our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the unloading and sorting of incoming packages for distribution and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery. Train team members to execute their tasks safely and efficiently. Provide ongoing feedback to team members, both constructive and affirmative. Ensure packages are inspected for safety and compliance for transportation.

Qualifications:
