Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions to adults, adolescents, and children, addressing mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record system.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular supervisions and team meetings to ensure high-quality care and stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work or related field required.
  • Licensed clinical degree (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT) or limited permit holder eligible to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting, with clinic experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM V and behavioral/therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Valid and clean NYS driver's license required.
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
