  • Experience in managing RPA projects from conception to deployment, including task prioritization and timeline management.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (PCRSA) or other relevant Pega certifications.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale Pega implementations, especially in roles such as Pega Developer or Pega Architect.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific processes, particularly in sectors like banking, insurance, or healthcare.
