Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Waste Management: Empty and clean all waste containers, remove waste paper and garbage from the premises, and damp wipe containers.
• Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting any facility issues to management.
• Supply Management: Restock supplies in bathrooms and other areas as needed.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with management and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role.
• Skills: Ability to follow written and oral directions, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Competitive Pay: $9.00 per hour.
