As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you'll have the opportunity to take your sales career to the next level. With a consultative sales approach, you'll guide customers through their options, creating meaningful connections and exceeding sales targets. Your drive and passion for helping people will shine in this fast-paced environment.

You'll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. A schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, ensures you're there when customers need you. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

This role requires flexibility and an open mind to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we'll provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

The average starting earnings per week begin at $780, with uncapped commission opportunities earning top sellers up to $62,460 per year. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, paid time off, and more.
