Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $13.56 - $15.86 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities that can reach up to $62,460 per year. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, paid time off, and holidays.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You will use a consultative sales approach to help customers find the right products for them, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • No sales experience? We will provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to succeed.
