Job Title: CDL A/B Delivery Driver

Company Background

TalentCompass is a leading importer and distributor of natural stone, quartz, and tile for residential and commercial applications. With a strong focus on growth and expansion, we are seeking a skilled CDL A/B Delivery Driver to join our logistics and transportation team.

The Position

As a CDL Class A / Class B Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our products to customers across the region. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and maintaining commercial vehicles, primarily Class A / Class B trucks, in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
  • Safely loading and unloading product, ensuring it is properly secured and protected during transit
  • Planning and executing routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions, weather, and other factors that may impact delivery schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including bills of lading, mileage logs, and inspection reports
Qualifications and Candidate Background

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of professional driving experience
  • Valid CDL Class A / Class B license
  • Clean driving record with a proven track record of safety is required
  • Experience with short haul driving experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

This is a full-time position based in Denver, CO.
