Job Description
The Doula Care Coordinator Specialist will provide citywide supervision and development of doula programs, ensuring high-quality practices for the Healthy Women, Healthy Futures project. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage a team and ensure effective service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for citywide supervision and doula development, including recruiting, screening, and supervising doula contractors, as well as identifying training needs and opportunities focused on specific agency requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Citywide supervision and doula development
• Recruit, screen, and supervise doula contractors
• Identify training needs and opportunities focused on specific agency requirements
• Coach staff in working with healthcare and social service providers within designated communities
• Develop procedures and processes for the program
• Oversee training scheduling and coordination
• Maintain accurate doula records, including contracts and background checks
• Conduct regular audits of citywide site agencies

Requirements
• High School degree or equivalent, Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in public health, social work, nursing, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent experience
• Certified Doula and/or completion of 27 hours Doula training within 90 days of hire
• Two years direct service experience in working with underserved populations
• One year home visitation experience
• One to two years supervisory experience
• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications
Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
