Sunny Days is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality services to children with developmental needs.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with our team to conduct developmental screenings, provide speech therapy services, and consult with family members and other professionals to develop individualized plans for each child.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children with developmental delays and their families, as well as strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify areas of need
- Provide speech therapy services to children with developmental delays
- Consult with family members and other professionals to develop individualized plans for each child
- Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in both home and community settings
- Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families
- New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Early Intervention experience or equivalent experience
- Pediatric experience
- Home-based service delivery experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technology proficiency
