Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Ridgeland Place Assisted Living and Memory Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.

Requirements:
