We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Vitality Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, treatments, and emotional support as outlined in their service plans
- Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and revise service plans, ensuring resident needs and preferences are met
- Monitor and report resident concerns to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid
- Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training, as well as team member meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any required certifications and meet state or provincial health-related requirements
Benefits:
- Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses

Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
