Vacuum Truck Operations Lead

Performance Contracting Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Vacuum Truck Lead to join our team in Knoxville, TN. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for leading vacuum truck operations, ensuring safe and efficient removal of unwanted materials, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead vacuum truck operations, including removal of unwanted materials and line cleaning in various industries
- Evaluate job sites for safety hazards and communicate any unsafe areas
- Travel to various sites within the area to perform work
- Manage and maintain vacuum truck fleet, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Valid medical card
- No more than 3 traffic violations in 3 years
- Individuals must have a clean Motor vehicle report for the last 3 years
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods standing, sitting, and working outside
- Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Local to Knoxville metropolitan area
