Job Overview

PJ Networks LLC is seeking an experienced Network Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining the integrity of our clients' business networks, including network security for hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions for clients
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
  • Ensure network security and integrity through regular monitoring and maintenance
  • Collaborate with our RMM and help desk staff to provide award-winning service to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve their technical operations and business success
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Systems Engineer or Network Administrator
  • Previous consulting or MSP experience is highly desirable
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 with current Microsoft certifications or willingness to commit to obtaining one or more certification within one year of hire
  • Experience with desktop/laptop computer support, including familiarity with all versions of Microsoft operating systems
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 tenants and services
  • Experience configuring and managing firewalls and switches, including setup of VLANs, NAT rules, VPN tunnels, etc.
  • Experience with data backup and disaster recovery software
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team mentality are required
