Job Title: Systems Engineer

Eiden Systems Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex systems that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop system architectures and configurations
  • Implement and manage system integrations and upgrades
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure system security and data integrity
  • Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Document system configurations and procedures
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Systems Engineer, Software Developer, or Software Engineer role
  • Expertise in Agile and SCRUM methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in test-driven development and software design
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and security
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a team setting
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ CE certification required
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)

Physical Demands:

The employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.

Most positions require the ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods, reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries, and/or reports in written format.

The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
