  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring you have the latest knowledge and expertise to advise clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
