Responsibilities:

  • Food Delivery: Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with a smile.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and food safety, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our customers and staff.
  • Table Maintenance: Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash, and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • Customer Service: Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory, and offer assistance as needed to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Tableware and Amenities: Ensure that guests have all the necessary tableware and amenities to enjoy their meal, and handle any impromptu requests from customers with a smile.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating, wipe up water spills, food stains, and dirt from tables, and clean and reset tables after guests leave.
  • Teamwork: Offer assistance to waitstaff as needed, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays of food and equipment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
