Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser/Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting with serving guests food and beverage in the restaurant or food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities- Assist the service staff in the service of food for the guest.
- Ensure service is more efficient and timely and to guarantee the best possible dining experience for the guest.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work.
- Set up food carts and stations for service.
- Communicate with and support all staff to better serve the guests.
- Deliver food and beverage to guests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Expo build tickets on food and kitchen line.
- Monitor each guest's dining experience.
- Pre-set tables for dining and clear tables for next course.
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean dining area at all times.
- Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par.
- Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
- Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards.
- Follow safety and security procedures.
- Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
- Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations.
- Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
- Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16, with opportunities for additional compensation through gratuity, tips, and service charges.
