Key Responsibilities:
  • Due Diligence and Integration Planning:
    • Participate in M&A due diligence to assess target company's IT infrastructure and identify potential integration challenges.
    • Develop comprehensive IT integration plans, outlining migration strategy for hardware, software, applications, and data.
  • Integration Execution:
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
    • Configure, migrate, and test integrated IT systems to ensure functionality and minimize downtime.
    • Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Documentation and Support:
    • Document the entire integration process for future reference and knowledge transfer.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT integration issues that arise during the migration process.
    • Provide ongoing support to end-users during the transition period.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT systems integration.
    • Proven experience in migrating data and applications to new environments.
    • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, operating systems, and cloud computing (a plus).
    • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
