Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse

At Amare Medical Network, we are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a NICU RN, you will be part of a dynamic medical team providing comprehensive care to a full spectrum of newborns, from extremely premature infants to term or near-term, high-risk, and critically ill babies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide around-the-clock care to newborn patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to parents, helping them navigate the NICU experience and prepare for their baby's discharge.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest NICU best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of NICU experience, with a focus on caring for high-risk and critically ill newborns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
