About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data/AI/Power Platform Architect to join our team, who will play a key role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume direct responsibility for requirements gathering, design, and architecture, development, and delivery of solutions for our customers.
  • Balance multiple internal and client-facing obligations and be an integral part in developing our own practice policies and procedures.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy technical data/automation/application solutions using accepted software development best practices.
  • Apply a balance of legacy and cutting-edge technology, including the latest AI and Data platforms and tools, to improve business processes, productivity, and business insights.
  • Help plan and execute live workshops with various customer stakeholders to educate them on the latest AI, Data, and Application capabilities or facilitate the discovery of client opportunities for improvement using technologies.
  • Review customer data environments, understand their data vision and strategy, and create recommendations on how to best modernize the data architecture to align with their desired future state.
  • Utilize Power Platform to build and deploy business process automation and reporting solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and data exploration activities to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights using Power BI and other data analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with solution owners to gather, categorize, and prioritize business requirements, and determine which technologies can be applied to solve the core customer needs.
  • Deliver business requirement documents, architectural build documents, implementation plans, and status reports across a spectrum of small to complex client engagements.
  • Participate in presales meetings to understand, first-hand, a client's needs and share pragmatic insights into how technology can solve the challenges at hand.
  • Use historical project experience to assist in crafting project execution approaches, team composition, cost, and effort estimates that will be used to draft contractual statements of work.
  • Author thought leadership pieces, such as white papers, blog posts, and videos, and participate in live webinars that showcase our perspectives on leveraging technology to pragmatically solve customer problems.
  • Actively participate in team and company meetings, adding your unique personality and way of working to the team/corporate culture.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to other team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our practice's standard operating procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Data & AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to client projects.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience solving business problems for a variety of stakeholders and previous consulting experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing custom technical solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in data architecture (data modeling, policies, and standards and system/data integrations) and data engineering (data collection, storage, processing, and management).
  • Strong analytical capabilities using Power BI.
  • Experience working on Azure DevOps (Version Control, Sprint/Backlog/Task Management, CI/CD experience a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expert (10+ years) knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Data Pipelines, AI Services, AI Studio, Tenant, resource group, and service setup and configuration.
  • Proven track record in adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic work environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of product management principles and experience in influencing product roadmaps.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
