About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and assist with all requests from residents with the property management team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the community, including inspecting model and vacant homes, ensuring they are ready for touring prospective clients as needed.
  • Administer move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Coordinate move-outs, pre-inspections, and final inspections for outgoing residents, assessing any damages or fees.
  • Monitor rental account balances, ensuring accurate fees and rent charges.
  • Participate in monthly functions held by the site to support resident retention efforts.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with computers and office software, including email, word processing, and internet browsers.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
