Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at New Bridge Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to assigned patients, administering medications, and responding to changes in patient condition.

Responsibilities:
- Collects data from patients, families, or significant others and records on Initial Data Base form.
- Provides 24-hour nursing assessment and contributes to the formulation and updating of plan of care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Administers medications according to hospital policies and understands age-specific data, including lab/diagnostic results.
- Applies principles of infection control and safety in the performance of patient care.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent education as described by the state education law.
- Current NJ license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.

Qualifications:
- Certification or better in Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Licenses & Certifications: Practical Nurse, BLS.
- Experience as a licensed practical nurse in a long-term care setting preferred.
