Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LPN to provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, while ensuring the highest level of safety and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital sign checks.
  • Collect data from patients, families, or significant others and record it on the Initial Data Base form.
  • Contribute to the formulation and updating of plan of care, implementing it under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately, notifying the charge nurse as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or better in Practical Nursing.
  • Current NJ license Licensed Practical Nurse license.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
  • IV Certification required.
