About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Drury Hotels as a Customer Experience Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Oversight of the 5:30 p.m. Kickback event, including preparation and cleanup
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area
  • E nsuring adherence to food safety standards and proper supply levels
  • Providing exceptional guest service and promoting the Drury culture
  • Answering guest questions and providing information about the hotel and local area
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, disability, and Team Member Assistance Program. Additionally, you will receive flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts, and free room nights.
