Guest Experience Coordinator

StepStone Hospitality Inc. is currently looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Front Office Team in downtown St. Louis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the guest experience, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions, good mathematical and computer skills, and a high school education. Relevant training and experience, CPR and first aid training, additional language ability, and Marriott and Fosse experience are also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, sort and track incoming mail and messages, transmit and receive messages using all communication avenues, answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. They will also keep records of room availability and rates, compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests. In addition, they will make reservations, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests, deposit guest valuables in the hotel safe deposit box, and have a full working knowledge and expertise of each shift including night audit.
