About the Role: With a strong background in acute care, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based care plans that promote holistic patient care. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing expert guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure effective care delivery.
  2. Developing and implementing evidence-based care plans that promote holistic patient care.
  3. Motivating and inspiring the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional patient satisfaction ratings.
  4. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and current RN licensure in the state of practice. A minimum of 5 years of experience in acute care is preferred. Additionally, you should possess cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or basic life support (BLS) certification.
