Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including cumulative folders, progress reports, and grade books.
  • Process new student records, including requesting transcripts and records from other schools, and entering student data into our database.
  • Provide academic status reports, such as honor roll and failure reports, as requested by campus leadership.
  • Ensure the daily maintenance of accurate paper-based and computer-based student records, following local procedures, state, and federal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Missouri Substitute Certification required; valid Missouri Teacher Certification, content-specific to the role applied for, strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of teaching experience preferred.
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal records check, pre-hire and annually thereafter, if applicable.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide work authorization.
