The Equipment Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of manufacturing machinery. This position is responsible for executing both mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting issues, inspecting machinery, and making necessary adjustments. The specialist will conduct both preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance regularly to uphold equipment performance.
Additionally, this role involves performing basic diagnostics and testing of damaged components to assess the need for extensive repairs. General facility maintenance tasks may also be required as part of the job responsibilities.
