Acts Retirement-Life Communities is actively seeking qualified individuals for the role of Construction Project Supervisor.

In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing various construction initiatives. You will lead the on-site construction team in executing both new builds and renovations within our communities. Your responsibilities will include supervising all team members and ensuring a safe working environment. You will also manage material orders, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, control project timelines, secure necessary permits, and coordinate inspections. Additionally, you may perform hands-on tasks such as drywall installation, framing, HVAC work, and carpentry as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or relevant experience is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role within construction or construction management.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations (OSHA).
- A valid driver's license is required.
