The Inside Sales Consultant will play a vital role in enhancing customer loyalty by delivering exceptional support. Responsibilities include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries through various channels: web, email, and phone

  • Managing the scheduling of call center staff and monitoring call queues to ensure optimal coverage
